Your insulated dog house will be placed outside your house on a pallet wrapped in protective cling wrap. This is the policy of the courier company. Pet Cosy advises having help organised for delivery day to assist with carrying the dog house into position.

If you need to carry a medium, large or extra large dog house through a narrow side gate, for example, please contact us for advice and to check the assembled width of your house. If the dog house is too wide for your gate you should opt for the Flat-pack.
